How do I determine my size?

Can a garment be made to my exact measurements or specifications?

Yes, a garment can be customised to your exact measurements by selecting the "Made to Measure" option while choosing your sizes. Once you select this option, there will be an option for you to insert your measurements in the note box at check out. The exact measurements required may vary from piece to piece. Please refer to the MTM Size Guide for detailed assistance or contact us and we’d be happy to assist. Please note that customisations may incur an additional fee.

Can I request customisations or bespoke pieces?
Yes, we offer bespoke services for our clientele. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind garment or would like to personalise an existing piece, please contact our customer service team, and we'll be happy to guide you through the process.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns or size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Please note that some bespoke, custom-made or made to measure garments may be non-refundable or exchangeable. All return costs must be covered by the customer.
